Database Administrator I

About the Role:

Join us as a Database Administrator I and help
keep our global systems running smoothly, securely, and at peak performance. In
this role, you’ll support and troubleshoot Yardi databases, respond
to alerts, and perform routine maintenance that keeps our platforms fast and
reliable. You’ll collaborate with international teammates and
cross-department partners to implement changes with minimal downtime and meet
service level expectations. If you’re eager to grow your skills
in a dynamic 24/7 environment and play a key role in safeguarding our
data, we’d love to have you on the team.

What You ’ll Do:

• Support and maintain Yardi’s cloud database
  infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, and reliable performance for
  SaaS customers.
• Collaborate with a global 24x7x365 Cloud Services team to
  troubleshoot issues, respond to alerts, and keep environments running
  smoothly.
• Create and maintain documentation
  for databases policies, procedures, and processes.
• Ensure service level agreements are met for internal and
  external clients.

Who You Are:

• Relevant IT qualifications (Bachelor’s degree
  preferred)
• One plus (1+) year of working experience in a related
  technical capacity
• A passion for technology and strong problem-solving
  skills
• Ability to learn and apply new skills in a constantly
  changing technical environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good analytical, organizational skills and attention to
  detail
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Strong sense of customer service
• Must enjoy being part of a team and working with
  people
• Must be self-motivated

Ideal to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle in a
  virtualized environment preferred
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell
  preferred

Annual Salary Range: $75,000 - $81,900
