DATA ENTRY CLERK

Position: Data Entry Clerk Company: Jonesbororealtycompany Contract Details: Full time, 40 hours per week Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Jonesbororealtycompany. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data into our systems, maintaining and updating databases, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately input data into our systems from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and online forms - Maintain and update databases with new information and make necessary corrections to existing data - Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and making any necessary edits - Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy - Communicate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents - Keep track of and report on data entry progress and any potential issues - Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered into our systems Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role - Excellent typing and data entry skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Familiarity with data entry procedures and guidelines - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism We offer competitive salary and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
