Schedule: Fulltime10/12hour shiftsPaid oncall rotation

Setting: Hospitalbased Interventional Radiology / SpecialProcedures suite

Location: Dunn metro, SoutheasternNorthCarolina (easy access to Raleigh, Fayetteville, and the Carolina coast)

Position Summary

A leading regional healthcare system is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech) to perform complex, minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a highvolume IR suite. Youll work sidebyside with experienced interventional radiologists and a multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, quality, and patientcentered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with a full range of interventional proceduresvascular, neuroendovascular, cardiac, oncologic, and trauma.
• Operate and troubleshoot fluoroscopic and digital imaging equipment; adhere to radiationsafety and contrastmedia protocols.
• Function as scrub, circulator, or primary technologist, ensuring seamless workflow and accurate documentation in EMR/PACS.
• Review orders, labs, and prior imaging; complete safety checklists; educate patients and families.
• Maintain QA standards, participate in performanceimprovement projects, and mentor student technologists.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certification: ARRT (R)required and CI or VI certification (or eligibilitymust obtain within 24months).
• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Experience: Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Cath Lab, or Special Procedures experience preferred; strong new grads welcome.
• Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, and ability to thrive in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
• Licenses/Certs: Current AHABLS.
