Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on aggregate processing equipment. + Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime. + Inspect, repair, and replace components such as bearings, belts, and motors. + Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. **What Are We Looking For** + Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment. + Familiarity with aggregate or heavy industrial machinery and related systems. + Commitment to safety standards and ability to follow established protocols. + Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. + Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and processes. **Work Environment** This role involves working in outdoor and industrial settings with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and dust.
