Description
We are currently seeking a licensed and experienced Branch Manager to join our Nashville, TN team at Lookout Pest Control. As a Branch Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead, coach, and grow our branch employees while focusing on driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are a high-growth home services company backed by private equity, and we take pride in our unmatched services in the pest control industry.

As a Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in our continued growth and success. Here are some of the key responsibilities:
- Manage branch profit and loss to drive revenue growth
- Oversee branch operations and achieve key performance indicators
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to expand our book of business
- Lead and develop our team through training and coaching
- Identify areas of improvement and take proactive actions to enhance operational efficiency
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to communicate effectively with the team, create an engaging work environment, and contribute to building a strong company culture
In terms of day-to-day expectations, you will be responsible for managing our branch located in Nashville, TN. This includes hiring and training new employees, evaluating performance, and staying up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with our customers.

Requirements
- Must be Licensed and have experience in field operations
- Strong leader
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and lead a team
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethics and a result-driven mindset
- Proven track record as a successful Branch Manager
