Job Description

Strive Global is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication initiatives. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys creating clear messaging, coordinating projects, and ensuring effective communication across multiple channels. The Communications Coordinator will play an important role in maintaining consistency, supporting company objectives, and enhancing overall communication efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication projects and initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Draft, edit, and review professional written materials and company communications.
  • Assist with the development of presentations, reports, and informational content.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, branding, and communication standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and support organizational goals.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure communication deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Organize meetings, prepare communication materials, and document key updates.
  • Support outreach efforts and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Contribute ideas to improve communication processes and team efficiency.
