Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of Salesforce solutions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and a collaborative Salesforce team to translate business needs into actionable, technical solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.

Job Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
  
• Define both functional and technical solutions to address business challenges
  
• Support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce capabilities
  
• Work closely with a Salesforce team of 7–10 members to deliver high-quality solutions
  
• Conduct testing of new features and functionality to ensure alignment with business needs
  
• Document system changes, processes, and user requirements clearly and thoroughly
  
• Provide recommendations for system improvements, new procedures, or organizational changes
  
• Confer with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
  
• Support day-to-day system enhancements and troubleshooting
• Shift: 8am - 5 pm M - F

Skills Required

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Salesforce environment
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  
• Experience with requirements documentation, testing, and stakeholder engagement
  
• Charlotte-based role with primarily in-office work

Education

• High school diploma required

Pay Rate

• $50 - $63 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
