Your Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Proven supervisory experience in managing behavior technician teams.
• Strong clinical skills rooted in practical ABA fieldwork.
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical practices and serving diverse populations.
