Service Technician
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics, with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance. This role requires excellent mechanical knowledge and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while performing various automotive services.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to diagnose and repair automotive issues.
- Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify problems and recommend solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
- Assist in sales by promoting additional services or products that may benefit customers.
- Handle heavy lifting as required during the repair process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong background in automotive repair with mechanic experience.
- Proficient in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and various automotive service techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary for repairs and maintenance tasks.
