Administrative Housing Projects Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to provide high-level administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to the Housing Services Asset Manager and the Housing Program Manager. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations and effective program management within our housing services team. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Understanding of loan underwriting and servicing fundamentals
  • Expertise in analyzing documentary evidence and drawing actionable conclusions
  • Proficiency in managing detailed records, organizing complex data, and preparing comprehensive reports
  • Manage loan servicing for rehabilitation and House Charlotte customers, including customer service, payoff statement development, and collection account management
  • Provide servicing and maintenance for nonperforming or noncompliant multifamily assets, working closely with owners to resolve performance issues
  • Track assets in foreclosure or bankruptcy, ensuring loan management software is updated with current statuses
  • Perform multifamily compliance monitoring , including construction and lease-up compliance, in-service certification, and annual inspections, audits, and monitoring visits
  • Conduct single-family compliance monitoring , including annual mailings, phone interviews, and investigations into potential breaches of deed restrictions
