Virtual Research Associate / Virtual Research Specialist
Job Summary:
The Virtual Research Associate supports Walmart's business teams by conducting online research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing reports that help improve business decisions, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online and market research using internal and external data sources.
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of information.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Maintain accurate databases and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research projects.
- Verify the accuracy and quality of research findings.
- Support business initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
Required Qualifications
