Pay: 100% Commission | Typical Earnings $120,000-$250,000+ Annually

Aspire Heating & Cooling is seeking a Residential HVAC Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners, provide trusted comfort solutions, and help families make informed decisions about their heating and cooling systems.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in consultative, relationship-based sales environments. Every appointment is company-generated, allowing you to focus on building trust, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and closing high-value residential HVAC replacement opportunities.

This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Most consultants earn between $120,000 and $250,000+ annually, with top performers regularly exceeding $200,000 per year. Paid training and transparent compensation discussions are provided throughout the hiring process.
What You'll DoMeet with homeowners to evaluate their comfort needs, recommend HVAC systems and indoor air quality solutions, and guide customers through the purchasing process with professionalism and confidence. You'll educate customers on energy efficiency and system options while following a proven consultative sales process built around trust and service. You'll also partner closely with installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through project completion.
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for motivated sales professionals with strong closing skills and a passion for helping customers. Experience in HVAC sales is preferred, but we also encourage applicants with backgrounds in home improvement, roofing, windows, solar, remodeling, construction, or other in-home consultative sales industries. Successful candidates are organized, coachable, self-driven, and comfortable working directly with homeowners. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
