Job Description

Console Operator II needed to provide comprehensive security monitoring and response services onsite for our client. This role ensures the safety and security of personnel and assets by managing electronic security systems and responding to critical situations in real-time.

Training Requirement: All candidates must be available to train on 1st shift (6 AM – 2 PM) for the first 4–6 weeks. Final shift assignments will be determined upon completion of training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to alarms, intrusion detection systems, and access control mechanisms (e.g., badge verification, video surveillance).
• Provide secure gate access and perform identity validation.
• Answer and respond to high call volumes efficiently.
• Create detailed incident reports and perform administrative and investigative tasks (e.g., video reviews, follow-up interviews).
• Engage in customer-facing communication and use enterprise-wide notification tools for incident management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in 911 dispatch, dispatch environment or law enforcement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle confidential information with integrity.
• Experience with AMAG Symmetry and other enterprise-grade access control technologies.
