Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the upcoming contract school year in Statesville, NC. This position supports K-12 students in a school setting, providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services. The role requires an active North Carolina SLP license and the ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Caseload assignments will be determined based on experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Active North Carolina SLP license (required)
• Experience delivering speech and language services within a K-12 school setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for student and team collaboration
• Ability to manage a caseload independently

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among students across all K-12 grade levels
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
• Provide direct therapy and progress monitoring aligned with curriculum goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal education regulations
