We are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly-motivated field sales representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory. The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. 118,000 - 137,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
- Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry
- Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM
- Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory
- You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred
- Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role
- Should have working knowledge of a CRM
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
