ST6 Insurance Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Leader to support the growth and success of our expanding sales organization. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who enjoys coaching others, leading by example, and helping clients make informed insurance decisions.
As a Field Sales Leader , you'll continue building your own book of business while mentoring and supporting a team of field sales professionals. You'll lead from the front by conducting client consultations, driving sales performance, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to assess their insurance needs.
Conduct face-to-face consultations and present personalized insurance solutions.
Guide clients through the entire sales process from consultation to policy completion.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
Mentor, coach, and support field sales representatives to help them achieve their goals.
Lead by example through strong sales performance and professionalism.
Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of new team members.
Monitor sales activity and encourage a positive, performance-focused team culture.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
Represent ST6 Insurance Group with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications
Required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field sales
Current Life Insurance License or the ability to obtain one in accordance with state licensing requirements
Strong leadership and communication skills
Previous sales experience
Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working in a field sales environment
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Preferred

Client-facing or customer service roles
Working directly with the general public
Outside sales
Door-to-door sales
In-home sales
Insurance sales
Leading, mentoring, or coaching a sales team
