Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in assigned territory

- Conduct market research to identify potential rental sales opportunities

- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

- Ability to utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage sales activities preferred

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers

- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process including supporting branch operations and logistics

Requirements:
- 10 years + proven experience in outside sales or a related field

- Strong account management or territory sales skill

- Moderate computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office software. Solid experience using data base sales systems.

- Ability to effectively market and rent products to sell services in assigned territory

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

- Strong customer service orientation
