Overview:
The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages. They must be personable, professional, and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Craft alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage with excellence for our Guests
- Prepare the bar for service by restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies.
- Adhere to and comply with all state/local liquor laws.
- Stay Guest focused and nurture an excellent Guest experience.
- Be a true collaborator and support other Front-of-House positions as needed.
- Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
Qualifications
- Six months or more experience bartending.
- Accurate cash handling skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours.
- Bartending school preferred
