Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications and data solutions that drive business value across the organization. This role combines expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Python-based services and APIs, and React-based user interfaces to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer who is equally comfortable developing backend services, designing database solutions, and building modern web applications. They will collaborate closely with product owners, architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders to create innovative solutions while adhering to enterprise engineering standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React.
• Build scalable and secure REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Participate in technical design reviews and architectural discussions.
• Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, schemas, stored procedures, views, and queries.
• Analyze and improve application performance through database optimization and tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Develop automated testing and monitoring capabilities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server development and database design.
• Proficiency in Python development.
• Experience developing modern web applications using React.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with data engineering, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or equivalent source control platforms.
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization frameworks.
• Exposure to AI/ML solutions and modern data platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications.

Pay Range: $65-75/hr on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
