Hiring for an experienced Maintenance Technician – Hickory, NC About the Role

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hickory, NC. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hands-on mechanical work and is looking to grow their career in a supportive, team-driven environment.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting to motors, fuses, sensors
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment reliability.
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience (industrial or manufacturing preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Why Work Here?

Enjoy a $1 shift differential for night shifts and an opportunity to gain a weekly attendance bonus, paid out monthly. Employees are eligible for this bonus while on contract, and it increases with overtime hours. Additionally, there is a 90-day retention bonus of $1,000 after being hired directly.

Work Environment

The work hours are 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, operating on a 2-2-3 rotation. Training will be conducted on the day shift from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
