We are looking for a passionate, reliable individual to join our warehouse team as a stocker. This individual will provide outstanding support for our company’s operations, overall efficiency, quality, and cleanliness of the warehouse. An ideal candidate would display a sense of passion, teamwork, and strong work ethic.

The warehouse stocker responsibilities include but are not limited to receiving and packing products to stock on warehouse shelves, operating powered and non-powered equipment frequently and safely, maintaining cleanliness and safety in the warehouse, product quality assurance as well as overall maintenance of the warehouse. To be successful in this role, you should have the ability and knowledge necessary to provide insight into organizational strategies, safety protocols and product excellence. Ultimately, you will maintain the warehouse operations and consistently produce accurate inventory counts, proper product rotation and ensure cleanliness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and neat warehouse daily, including sweeping and keeping the warehouse free of debris and any potential hazards.
• Communicate with leadership when items are running low on stock, or damage is discovered.
• Sort and stock products in the warehouse throughout the day.
• Pick items to fulfill orders.
• Provide excellent communication skills by answering questions and providing product insight internally and externally as needed.
• Commitment to reliability, punctuality, and excellent attendance.
• Promptly unload trucks and deliveries.
• Receive, sort and stock incoming products in a timely manner.
• Use powered and non-powered equipment to move, organize and rotate products in the warehouse.
• Follow established procedures to label and stock items properly, ensuring product is rotated consistently and product is in date.
• Ensure accurate product counts and inventory levels.
• Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the warehouse.
• Collaboration with other warehouse associates and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
• Ability to problem solve and present solutions.

Requirements & Skills

• Work experience as a stocker or similar role is preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Teamwork and collaborative mentality.
• Can multitask and work under pressure.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
