Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) , Power Automate , and Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC) . The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions integrated with Azure, SQL Server, Active Directory, and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements and design solutions using Microsoft Power Platform within Microsoft 365 GCC , leveraging SQL databases hosted in Azure Commercial Cloud .

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps Canvas Applications , including an internal project tracking system.

• Develop and manage Power Automate workflows to support and automate business processes and application components.

• Build and maintain a front-end Customer Relationship Management (CRM) portal , integrating with Active Directory and multiple enterprise data sources.

• Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with SQL Server , SharePoint document libraries , and other Microsoft services.

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to enhance application performance, usability, security, and scalability.

• Establish development standards, best practices, and governance for Power Platform solutions.

• Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and mentoring to internal technical staff.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps development

  • Experience with Microsoft InfoPath may substitute for up to 1 year .

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Automate development

  • Experience with Microsoft Flow may substitute for up to 1 year .

• Minimum 3 years of experience with .NET, Java, C#, or similar programming languages to support and extend Power Platform solutions.

• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Premium Connectors to integrate with external databases and systems.

• Proven experience in at least two Power Apps Developer engagements , each lasting 6 months or longer .

• Strong expertise in designing and developing complex Canvas and Model-Driven Apps , including:

  • Component reusability

  • Advanced data integration

  • Custom controls

• Hands-on experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) for building reusable UI components and extending model-driven apps.

• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with:

  • SharePoint

  • Dynamics 365

  • Azure services

  • Microsoft Teams

• Proficiency in using REST APIs and third-party integrations .

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior developers on Power Apps and Power Automate.
