We are seeking a dedicated Communications Representative to support our internal and external communications strategies. This role involves crafting compelling written materials, coordinating messaging across teams, and ensuring consistent brand representation in all communications. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and writing skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for effective communication.
Responsibilities
Develop and distribute press releases, newsletters, and corporate communications
Assist with the creation of presentations, briefing materials, and brand collateral
Support internal communication initiatives to keep teams informed and aligned
Coordinate with various departments to ensure messaging consistency
Maintain and update internal communication platforms and document libraries
Monitor media coverage and assist with reputation management efforts
Contribute to planning and execution of public-facing communication campaigns
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications-related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and standard business communication tools
Understanding of brand voice and tone consistency
