What you will do:

The Sprinkler Installation Construction Supervisor will demonstrate management/leadership abilities including training, team building, district administration, and effective interaction with customers.

How you will do it:

• Set and manage productivity and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Ensure safety and industry training is current and documented for all installers and that they have all the appropriate information prior to arrival at the job site.
• Ensure that work outside scope is identified for change orders.
• Provide all appropriate field documentation to close out projects.
• Maintain schedule of installers and track hours assigned to projects.
• Work in conjunction with the Operations team to complete work as needed.
• Provide accurate project status updates during WIP meetings.
• Conduct regular job site safety walkthroughs and EHS evaluations as well as accident investigations.
• May help interview and/or evaluate employees and apprentices.

What we look for:

Required

• 5-10 years of Supervisory experience dealing with Fire Sprinkler installation in commercial industry.

Preferred

• NICET Certification
• Experience or knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft products.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of personal computers

HIRING SALARY RANGE : $65,000-105,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
