Manufacturing Assembler Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift

• 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:00 AM | Friday-Saturday, 1:00 PM-9:00 PM
• Assemble, test, and package small to mid-size products according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Use hand tools and basic machinery
• Perform quality inspections, leak and pressure testing
• Package finished products for shipment
• Troubleshoot and rework parts as needed
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements

Manufacturing Assembler Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented mindset with dependable attendance
• Ability to follow safety procedures and production guidelines
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation to Burlington or Elon, NC

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
