We're Hiring: Senior Coordinator!
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Coordinator to lead coordination efforts and drive operational excellence across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex projects while ensuring seamless communication and workflow optimization.
Location: Wilmington, Delaware
What You'll Do
Provide general administrative support to the Technical Operations department
Provide calendar management and travel support (scheduling meetings, providing travel arrangements and itineraries, preparing expense report).
Provide communication support (answering and directing calls, opening and distributing mail, sending/receiving, distributing faxes, copying and scanning documents, typing cover letters).
Order supplies as needed (books, articles, manuscripts, subscriptions, supplies).
Process contracts, requisitions, PO’s, and invoices.
Assist in planning events, both internally and externally
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma
5+ years of related administrative support experience (including administrative support of senior-level management).
Strong communication and computer skills
Preferred Qualification
Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Chemical industry preferred.
