Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is seeking our next Information Technology ( IT) Specialist . This position plays a crucial role in assisting with the IT Services that support our employees and our mission.

Responsibilities:

• Aid in day-to-day IT operations, including addressing help tickets, supporting ongoing project s, and managing our infrastructure.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with peers, supervisors, and team members .
• Communicate changes, updates, and project timelines effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Information Technology or related field, or pursuing such a degree. Certifications or experience may also be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong technical skills, including Azure, Entra & Office 365, server management, and network administration .
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
