Active Respiratory Therapist license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Respiratory Therapist for a Level III Trauma Center in Shelby, North Carolina. This role offers a supportive team environment, fble scheduling, and exposure to a wide patient population from infants to geriatrics.

Assignment Details:

• Contract Type: Travel, 13 weeks

• Start Date: November 3, 2025

• End Date: January 31, 2026

• Schedule: Full-time, 3640 hours per week

• Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend

• Call: None

• Holiday Requirement: 75% of holidays during contract

• RTO: Up to 6 days (excluding holidays; must extend contract if contracted hours arent met)

• Schedule Cycle: Every 6 weeks

• Scrub Color: Royal Blue

• Parking: Free

Requirements:

• RRT or CRT credential

• North Carolina licensure

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (Resource Team requirement)

• Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience

• First-time travelers accepted

Clinical Skills & Patient Population:

• Patient Population: Infant through geriatric

• All aspects of adult critical care required

• Pediatric and infant care preferred

Technology & Equipment:

• EMR: Epic

• Med Dispensing: Omnicell

• Monitors: Masimo

• Unit-Specific Equipment:
  Servo I Ventilator
  Trilogy Ventilator
  Servo Air BIPAP
  ABL Blood Gas Analyzers
  Bubble CPAP
