Accounts Payable Extended and Service Warranty Admin

This position will process all extended warranty remittances and cancellations for all three of our stores. Candidates must be ready to work in a fantastic & hard working team environment. Our Ideal candidate will possess strong organization skills, as well have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities / Qualifications

• Process all warranty payments on a weekly basis for our 3 dealerships


• Process all warranty cancellations and ensure proper documentation is gathered


• Reconcile all warranty payable and AR schedules weekly


• Post all cancellation refunds, break down charge-backs and credits accordingly


• Follow up on outstanding and aged cancellations


• File and maintain meticulous electronic records of individual warranty documentation


• Responds to customers, lien-holders and managers questions promptly regarding customers cancellations


• Perform various other accounting responsibilities as needed
