Quality Production Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 10:00pm to 08:30am )

support warehouse and production operations at its Youngsville facility. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality, packaging accuracy, and a clean, safe work environment. Forklift experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Quality Production Associate Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or quality inspection experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for data entry, quality tracking, and production systems
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow safety and quality procedures

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
