Clinical Environment & Technology

• Advanced Workflow: Work in a high-tech facility equipped with CBCT, CEREC (heavily utilized), TRIOS scanners, Wave-One endo, and multiple implant systems (Straumann, Biohorizons, Blue Sky).
• Comprehensive Scope: You will have the clinical freedom to perform bread-and-butter dentistry alongside implant placement and molar endodontics.
• Built-In Growth: With 10 hygienists and steady new patient flow, the infrastructure is in place to support a long-term, successful career.
• Quality Schedule: Standard Monday–Friday hours with no evenings or weekends.

The Path to Partnership

This is a long-term play for a dentist who wants to own a piece of a high-value practice. They are looking for a future partner to step in as a senior doctor prepares for retirement.

• Phase 1: Start with a competitive daily rate while you integrate into our culture and build your patient base. ($800-900)
• Phase 2: Transition to a production-based model, once established. (33-35%)
• Phase 3: Eligibility for buy-in after achieving success as an associate.

Candidate Requirements

They are seeking an outgoing, friendly professional who treats patients like family. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience and be proficient in (or eager to utilize) implant placement and straightforward molar endodontics. Because this is a partnership track, they are looking for someone with local ties or a commitment to remaining in the area long-term. You should be an efficient clinician who is willing to be patient while building a loyal following in a high-end environment.
