As our Sales Technology & Salesforce Administrator , you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our sales teams with the tools, data, and insights they need to succeed. This is more than a technical role—it’s a strategic enabler that bridges technology and business outcomes. Role we based in the Raleigh, NC area.
You’ll be the go-to expert for Salesforce optimization, integration, and user enablement across our global sales ecosystem. From architecting seamless integrations with SAP and RFQ tools to driving adoption through training and coaching, your work will directly influence how we engage with customers, manage opportunities, and forecast growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, champion data integrity, and help shape the future of digital sales operations in the power industry.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Optimize Salesforce performance, usability, and scalability.
- Architect integrations with SAP, RFQ tools, and third-party platforms.
- Manage support tickets and enhancement requests.
- Design and deliver training programs for Salesforce users.
- Enforce data governance standards across CRM records.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to support KPI reporting.
- Generate dashboards and insights using Power BI and Salesforce.
- Promote continuous learning and tool adoption across teams.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required.
- Strong understanding of CRM data, CPQ, and forecasting.
- Skilled in Salesforce; Power BI or Einstein Analytics is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
