Job Summary and Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (LPT) Licensed Physical Therapist must be obtained within 2 years of employment start date
• (DL) Driver License
• Bachelors Degree
