Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a healthcare location, where you will greet visitors, support access screening procedures, monitor assigned entry areas, and help promote a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will use technology tools, stay agile and reliable, and work with integrity and teamwork to help address security-related concerns and/or questions throughout the day.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at a healthcare location by following site-specific procedures, screening protocols, and Allied Universal policies, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Screen employees, visitors, patients, and/or vendors at designated entry points by verifying access requirements, directing foot traffic, and reporting unusual activity or concerns.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, visitors, and local responders as needed.
• Assist with monitoring entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas to help support orderly operations and help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited items.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and perimeter locations when required, noting conditions that may need attention and reporting observations according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
