Description of the role: The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounting Staff
- Coordinate with all other departments on daily and monthly basis
- Manage and adhere to all deadlines with Manufacturer,Corporate office as well as all State and Federal agencies
- Manage day to day operations of the accounting department
- Assist in budget planning and financial record-keeping
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office management- preferably in Automotive Dealership
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills a must
