️ We're Hiring: Construction Field Assistant
Jamestown, NC (with day travel to NC, SC, VA, TN)

Full-Time | Hourly | Benefits Eligible

We are a growing general contracting company specializing in multifamily construction. As we expand, we're building a dependable team to support field operations and help keep projects on track and organized.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable General Construction Helper to assist with various day-to-day tasks on and off the job site. This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoys variety in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, load, and deliver materials and equipment to job sites

• Take progress photos and upload to project management systems

• Count and track inventory of materials onsite and in storage

• Assist project managers and site supervisors with general tasks

• Help maintain organized and clean work environments

• Tow trailers and safely transport materials and small equipment

• Provide flexible support across multiple sites and tasks

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to tow trailers safely (experience preferred but can train)

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and be physically active throughout the day

• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team

• Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy

• Familiarity with construction materials and tools is a plus
