Role: Industrial Engineering Technician — Continuous Improvement

Location: Mocksville, North Carolina (Onsite) | Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm

What You’ll Do

• Learn and map manufacturing processes across multiple product lines.
• Evaluate current-state performance and propose improvements aligned to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Performance.
• Support Drop Zone Changes and execute accurate BOM updates.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external engineering teams; present concise updates to peers and management.
• Lead or support Kaizen events and standardization initiatives.
• Drive production line quality and efficiency improvements.
• Partner cross-functionally with quality, operations, and other internal groups.

What You Need

• Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Basic CAD/CAM capabilities.

• Leadership, teamwork, and initiative in a collaborative environment.
• Analytical problem-solving and strong IT literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenter.

Preferred Proficiencies

• Bachelor’s-level coursework
• Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering knowledge
• CAD and CAD/CAM tools
• Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing
• Outstanding communication
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
