Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

- Active RBT certification - already certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)? Great! Not yet? We’ll support your path to certification
- Passion for working with children and helping others grow
- 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
- Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
- Part-time and full-time RBT positions available
- Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
- 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
- Hourly Pay Range: $24–$26/hour (based on experience and credentials)
