What You'll Be Doing

• Providing 1:1 hands-on care in a home setting and in the community
• Helping with daily living tasks, personal care, and comfort
• Being a calm, dependable presence (the kind families remember forever)
• Following care plans without being micromanaged
• Empower clients by teaching and reinforcing life-changing skills.
• Be a trusted partner in helping individuals achieve greater independence and a brighter future.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or College Transcript/Degree
• Current CPR certification (no online classes)
• TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
• Proof of Auto Insurance
• A heart for making a difference and a commitment to compassionate care

DSP Pay Rate (per hour)

$15 - $16 USD
