Business Services Coordinator II (Time Limited)
- This is a time-limited position. It is full-time (40 hours per week) with State Benefits for a limited time. Although the length of time this position will be active cannot be determined,
- Support Grant Administrators in monitoring of ARPA-delivered programs, subrecipient-delivered programs, and vendors.
- Assist in developing routine compliance monitoring plans, annual or multiyear, to audit ARPA's grant-funded programs.
- Perform ad hoc compliance review of programs or aspects of programs.
- Perform routine risk assessments of NCDEQ delivered programs, administrative activities, and financial operations.
- Collaborate with the ARPA Compliance Manager to develop technical assistance and training materials for various policy and compliance topics.

To qualify for this position, applicants must document on the application that they possess ALL of the following:
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state and/or local government grants programs.
- Demonstrated experience preparing and/or summarizing financial information.
- Demonstrated experience in developing written documents for government programs.
- Demonstrated experience in providing customer service by responding to inquiries or working in a call center.
