Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide therapy services to individuals, families, and groups. In this role, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working remotely from your own space, offering essential mental health care through telehealth. You will assess client needs, create customized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals dealing with a variety of mental health concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth
Perform thorough client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and session notes
Collaborate with fellow therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
Engage in regular supervision meetings and team consultations
Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards in all aspects of work
Qualifications:

Active licensure in North Carolina (LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
At least one year of clinical therapy experience is preferred (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
Strong skills in clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions
Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health issues
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a remote team setting
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMR)
