Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of advanced fiber networks (FTTH and FTTB).
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers.
• Implement strategic initiatives to improve network reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with construction, operations, and leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7–10+ years of experience in telecommunications engineering management, with a focus on FTTH/FTTB projects.
• Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams within the fiber construction or network design space.
• Strong strategic planning and project management background.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Competitive salary:

• $125,000 annually + 10% performance bonus
