Assistant Property Manager - Apartments
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina 28208
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: On-Site (One to two weekends required)
About This Opportunity
Assistant Property Manager needed for 200 unit, value add apartment community.
- Lead marketing and sales initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Manage social media presence and digital engagement strategies
- Oversee collections and accounts receivable processes
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects
- Support property operations and resident satisfaction initiatives
- Utilize Yardi or OneSite property management software for daily operations
- Assist with lease administration and resident relations
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager in multifamily housing
- Proven expertise in marketing and sales within residential property management
- Strong proficiency with Yardi or OneSite property management systems
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and resident relations
- Experience with collections and financial management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including one to two weekends per month
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
