Machine Operator
- Starting pay of $19.00 per hour
- Shift differential up to $23.00 per hour

- Multiple shift options (1st, 2nd, 3rd; 8-hour and 12-hour rotating shifts)
- 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
- 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
- Overtime opportunities
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and climb steps
- Must be able to wear a respirator, if required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment
- Set up and operate machinery according to SOPs and specifications
- Monitor and adjust machine settings such as speed, temperature, and pressure
- Inspect materials to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment cleaning
- Perform barcode scanning and tracking functions as needed
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards
- Operate forklifts or tuggers as required
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Complete additional duties as assigned
