What You’ll Tackle

• Execute scheduled maintenance and on-the-spot repairs on a range of industrial machines and support equipment.
• Diagnose and correct issues across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to restore performance fast.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance tasks that boost reliability and extend asset life.
• Document all work performed, parts used, and test results to maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Partner with peers to refine procedures and raise overall equipment effectiveness.
• Champion safety protocols and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with the installation, setup, and commissioning of new machinery as needed.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or a related certification/degree is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or a closely related craft.
• Solid working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components and systems.
• Ability to read and apply technical manuals, prints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Sharp troubleshooting instincts and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Flexibility to support variable schedules and on-call needs when required.
