This opportunity supports a structured enterprise PMO environment focused on finance systems transformation within a major banking organization. The team is driving Oracle Applications implementation work tied to General Ledger accounts, partnering across finance, accounting, technology, and project leadership groups. This is a collaborative but highly disciplined environment where strong coordination, clear documentation, and follow-through across multiple workstreams are essential to successful delivery.

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Support multiple project managers across concurrent Oracle implementation workstreams
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and cross-team dependencies
• Facilitate meetings, capture minutes, and drive action-item follow-through
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Prepare status reporting, dashboards, and leadership-ready project updates
• Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment across finance, accounting, and technology stakeholders
• Support governance processes using tools such as Jira, SPM/ServiceNow SPM, Coupa, and MS Project

Are you an experienced project coordination professional ready to support Oracle finance transformation?

• 3+ years of Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager experience in structured PMO environments
• Proven experience supporting an Oracle Applications implementation, ideally tied to GL accounts
• Experience working across multiple workstreams and supporting multiple project managers simultaneously
• Strong working knowledge of Jira and enterprise PM tooling; ServiceNow SPM or similar strongly preferred
• Exposure to Coupa and MS Project is preferred
• Financial services or banking experience preferred
• Strong documentation, communication, and follow-through skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, regulated environment
