Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown
- Provide direct patient care in a stepdown unit.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, implementing care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding changes in patients' status.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medication management.
Requirements of the RN - Stepdown
- Valid RN license in North Carolina.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Experience working in a stepdown or progressive care setting preferred.
