Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is a dependable and hardworking team member responsible for accurately receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory in the warehouse. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-organized, and customer-focused, with a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing reliable service and support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Duties:

•Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage

•Pick, pack, label, ship and stage customer orders for delivery or pickup

•Maintain accurate inventory records using a warehouse management system (WMS)

•Participate in physical inventories of stock

•Organize and maintain a clean and efficient warehouse space

•Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory

•Load/unload trucks and operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts

•Follow all company safety protocols and procedures

•Other duties and responsibilities as requested by management

Qualifications & Skills:

•High school diploma or equivalent

•Must submit a background check and drug screen

•1+ years of warehouse experience preferred

•Familiarity with basic warehouse tools and safety standards

•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

•Basic computer skills (email, inventory systems, etc.)

•Excellent communication and customer service skills

•Works well with others

•Ability to multitask with attention to detail

•Experience in wholesale, distribution, or appliance parts industry

•Forklift certification (or willingness to become certified)

•Knowledge of local delivery routes and traffic patterns

•Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Physical Requirements:

•Ability to lift and move products up to 75 pounds.

•Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Work Environment:

•The role is based in a warehouse or distribution center setting, which may involve exposure to warehouse conditions (e.g., temperature variations, noise, etc.).
