Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our physician-led team.

Position Overview
Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients ages 16 and older , focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Passion for patient-centered, relationship-driven care
