Construction Superintendent

D.H. Griffin Construction Co., LLC is a full-service general contractor, design-builder and construction manager to join our Greensboro team. We bring a collaborative approach to projects, working closely with the owner and design teams in a variety of project delivery methods including negotiated price, design-build, CM Agent, CM at risk, and conventional design-bid-build. CM Agent, CM at risk, and conventional design-bid-build. Our Greensboro office is currently seeking a qualified Superintendent. Solid understanding of how to coordinate and manage the dynamic relationships and components required for all phases of a construction project.

With headquarters in Greensboro, D.H. Griffin Construction has been serving the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions since 1995. 

Job Qualifications and Responsibilities 

• Minimum of 8 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction, preferably with ground up full-service restaurant and/or ground up Industrial/warehouse experience.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, problem-solving, negotiation and planning skills are required.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. word, excel, etc.), project software, including Procore preferred.
• Ability to implement new ideas. Be an active member and leader within our company, actively participating in committees, making recommendations for new initiatives, and embracing new policies related to Safety and Quality.
• This job requires 25-30 % of commuting, up to 90 minutes; 40-50% overnight travel.
